What a job covers.
This is the standard scope of a regular visit. It is the starting point for the conversation rather than a sealed package — the exact scope is agreed with you before the first visit.

Cleaning products and the normal tools for the job are included. A vacuum cleaner may be supplied either by us or by you, whichever makes more sense for the property — we confirm which before the visit.
What we do not do.
Some work sits outside a regular visit. Most of it is not off the table; it simply has to be agreed and priced rather than assumed.
- Interior windows and sills — not part of the standard scope, but we can include them in your fixed quote if you ask
- The inside of the oven or fridge — regular visits cover the outside of appliances
- Moving heavy furniture or appliances
- Work at height beyond normal reach

How the price works.
Regular cleaning starts at €65 for a visit. That is a starting price for the service, not an hourly rate and not your quote.

- 02Photographs of the kitchen, the bathrooms and anything unusual let us price accurately rather than approximately.
- 03You receive one fixed price for the agreed work before anything is booked, and that is the price for that work.
- 04Payment is due on completion: cash, card or bank transfer.
01How often can you come?
Weekly, fortnightly or monthly. We agree the rhythm with you when we quote, and keep to it.
02Does every visit cover the same work?
Yes. What a visit covers is agreed before the first one and stays the same until you ask us to change it. If you want something added or dropped, tell us and we will re-quote before the next visit.
03What if the house needs a proper reset first?
That happens, and it is worth doing. A deep clean gives recurring visits a baseline to maintain. Send photographs and we will tell you honestly whether the property needs one before a regular schedule starts.
04Can I move or skip a visit?
Yes. Let us know as early as you reasonably can and we will rearrange it. We will do the same if something on our side makes an agreed time impossible.
