Cleaning products and the normal tools for the job are included. A vacuum cleaner may be supplied either by us or by you — we confirm which before the job.
What the standard scope assumes
The starting price and the standard scope assume the property is empty, or mostly cleared. That is what makes it possible to clean inside every cupboard and behind every door in a single pass.
If furniture or belongings are still in place — a part-furnished let, for example — tell us in advance and send photographs. We can still quote it, but the scope and the price may differ from the standard empty-property job.
What we do not do.
Two things are worth being clear about before you book, so that the quote you are given is the quote you pay:
- Professional carpet and upholstery cleaning — steam or extraction work — is not part of this service. Floors and accessible surfaces are vacuumed and cleaned in the normal way; specialist carpet or upholstery work is arranged and quoted separately
- We clean to the agreed scope. We make no promises about deposits, inspections, or whether a landlord or agent accepts the property
- Moving heavy furniture or appliances
- Work at height beyond normal reach
- The outside of upper-floor windows
- Biohazards, mould remediation and pest infestations
How the price works.
Move-in and move-out cleaning starts at €180. That is a starting price for the service, not an hourly rate and not your quote.

- 02Photographs of the kitchen, the bathrooms and anything unusual let us price accurately rather than approximately.
- 03You receive one fixed price for the agreed work before anything is booked.
- 04Payment is due on completion: cash, card or bank transfer.
01Is this the same as an end-of-tenancy clean?
It is the clean most people mean by that. An emptied property is cleaned end to end to the scope we agree with you. What we do not do is promise a deposit outcome or an inspection result — those are decided by your landlord or agent, not by us.
02Does it include carpet cleaning?
Not specialist carpet or upholstery cleaning. Floors are vacuumed and cleaned as part of the standard scope; steam or extraction work is arranged and quoted separately if the property needs it.
03There is still furniture in the property — can you still do it?
Tell us in advance and send photographs. We can quote it, but the scope and the price may differ from the standard job on an empty property.
04Can you clean before I move in rather than after I move out?
Yes. It is the same service in the other direction — an empty property cleaned end to end before you spend the first night in it.
